#VisionZeroAtWork Signs Placed Around SF
This week you might have noticed some new and informational signs along your commute. A few days ago, #VisionZeroAtWork posters went up all over San Francisco to explain some of the various safety-related engineering installments that will help us reach our Vision Zero goal.
The posters will help commuters learn more about protected bike lanes, bus bulb outs, pedestrian scrambles, shark’s teeth, daylighting, and other street improvements they might have recently seen for the first time in their neighborhoods.
San Francisco commuter Kristy Lin Billuni was so excited to see a poster about pedestrian scrambles that she tweeted out this ecstatic selfie! It’s great to see residents and visitors alike learning about the ways Vision Zero is making our city safer for all. Smiles all around for safer streets!
